In preparation for the upcoming summer season, our Company launched a successful Market Impact Team Activation– a company-wide initiative that brought together our employees from across departments to deliver excellence in the field.
Over the course of the activity, a significant number of GSD team members actively supported our field operations by visiting our clients, reinforcing our commitment to flawless execution and in-store excellence. The primary focus was ensuring that our Picture of Success was consistently applied across key channels in preparation for the peak season.
Teams engaged in a range of operational tasks, including:
- Cleaning and organizing coolers
- Executing primary, secondary, and temporary shelving placements
- Ensuring shelves and refrigerators were fully stocked and merchandised according to our brand guidelines
Additionally, three dedicated teams conducted on-the-ground sampling for Schweppes, Lurisia, and Fanta, interacting directly with consumers and gathering valuable market insights to better inform future campaigns and strategies.
This initiative not only strengthened our market presence but also provided employees from various functions with a closer look at the realities of the retail environment. The cross-functional collaboration and shared sense of purpose were evident throughout the activity.
To conclude the successful activation, all participating teams came together for a company-wide gathering to celebrate the collective effort and outstanding results achieved.
