With over 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry, Milena Livada has built a distinguished career in commercial leadership. She began her journey at Kraft Foods, where she progressed through multiple roles, eventually becoming Country Manager for Croatia. In this role, she successfully established company operations, built a high-performing team, and managed the country’s commercial operations and P&L.
During her 15-year tenure at Mondelez, Milena led various route-to-market optimization and revenue growth management initiatives. As Marketing and Sales Director, she oversaw operations across eight countries, managing diverse and remote teams. She also spearheaded multiple marketing projects, including the development of integrated marketing communications and the launch of new products—many of which earned industry recognition and awards. Additionally, she played a key role in licensing agreements, expanding business and brand reach into adjacent categories through strategic partnerships.
Milena holds a Master’s degree in Economics (1995) and furthered her education with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (2017).
Since joining GSD in 2020, she has served as Head of Sales and Marketing and, as of early 2024, has taken on the role of Head of Strategy, where she continues to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
