Requirements
- Supporting marketing team with calendar bookings; joining meetings; taking minutes and ensuring that requests are processed accordingly
- Coordinating all administrative tasks related to the marketing department
- Monitoring of department deadlines and ensuring completion in line with expectations and set deadlines
- Support with other ad-hoc tasks in a well-organised and systematic manner
Skills
- High level of organisation skills, with a dynamic and commercial aptitude
- Ability to work in a deadline oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both in a team and independently, with minimum supervision
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and verbal communication
- Minimum MQF Level 4 standard of formal education (A-level or Diploma)
