Role Purpose:
Provide executive support to the Head of HR & PAC. The position involves interaction at all levels within the companies and access to sensitive and confidential information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement.
Task:
- Performing required preparation and research to produce briefing materials and information on all significant matters.
- Taking minutes of meeting as required and ensure circulation of minutes within the stipulated timeframe
- Preparing and collate presentations
- Managing and completion of special ad hoc projects
- Preparing routing reports, correspondence and other excel sheets / power points as requested
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail, well-organised and structured
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
